Committed to nature, we constantly want to improve and delve deeper into organic agriculture, to obtain the purest grapes and wines. We present a selection of experimental wines which are meant to be the seed of new products. We hope you will enjoy them and appreciate the singularity and originality.

Pansa Blanca Macerada
Experimentals Pansa Blanca Macerat

A full personality rustic sparkling wine with volume and freshness, characteristic from Pansa Blanca variety.

Organic and natural sparkling wine (no added sulphites), elaborated with the Ancestral Method. Pansa Blanca grapes from the Can Genís estate, a pre-fermentation maceration for 15 hours at a low temperature.

From the 2017 vintage, 1250 bottles have been made.

Chenin espumoso
Chenin escumós

A very fresh and daring sparkling wine. Organic and natural sparkling wine (without added sulphites), elaborated with the Ancestral Method, with a minimum ageing on lees of 30 months. Made from flawlessly healthy Chenin organic grapes from the Can Genís Estate, vineyard planted in 2005. This sparkling is the origin and inspiration of the “NIU” project, a sparkling wine made in South Africa, in collaboration with the Joostenberg winery.

From the 2018 vintage, 559 bottles have been made.

VRIAACC ICL
Chenin escumós

A sparkling wine for “bulle” lovers: freshness and opulence duo.

Organic and natural sparkling wine (without added sulphites), elaborated with the Ancestral Method. Chardonel vineyard (hybrid of Chardonnay and Seyrval) planted in 2012 – Can Genís Estate.

From the 2019 vintage, 197 bottles have been made.

Sauvignon
Chenin escumós

Fresh and direct: a white that is both delicate and lively.

Organic white wine, made with the Sauvignon Blanc variety from the Cos de Dama plot of the Can Genís Estate. The grapes are harvested very “green” to preserve acidity and fresh herbaceous aromas. The clusters are also protected from the sun, without removing the leaves of the vines to keep intact, as much as possible those properties and aromas. The fermentation takes place in stainless tanks with bâtonnage to obtain a wine with a greater volume and body.

From the 2019 vintage, 425 bottles have been made.

VRIAACC ICS
Chenin escumós

Sophisticated wine with smoky notes, with a silky palate and a nose where black olives and wild fruits stands out.

Organic red wine, made with VRIAACC (a resistant variety adapted to climate change). Grapes with an impeccable sanity, destemmed manually, with a subsequent cold maceration and a very slow start of fermentation. Pressed with a manual vertical press.

From the 2018 vintage, 66 bottles have been made.

Pinot Noir
Chenin escumós

A seductive, fresh, silky and fruity wine with moderate acidity.

Organic red wine, made with PinoT Noir variety from the Can Sans Estate. Very ripe harvested grapes, pre-fermentation maceration at a low temperature, with a very slow start of fermentation to maintain the aromas. After 10 days of fermentation, the wine is pressed and malolactic fermentation takes place.

From the 2018 vintage, 487 bottles have been made.
