White wine made from organic grapes from the Pansa Blanca variety (otherwise known as Xarel·lo). The grapes are harvested in healthy conditions, making it possible to have a short maceration at a very low temperature in order to obtain a good extraction of flavours. The grapes are lightly pressed to obtain the first pressing must, then is fermented in stainless steel vats at low temperature.
The embodiment of the emblematic variety of the appellation DO Alella, Pansa Blanca: apple and pear fruit flavors, green almonds notes. Fresh, versatile and crispy wine with citrus and saline finish.
