Alta Alella offers a culinary experience to celebrate spring and the arrival of good weather.
The activity consists of a visit to the vineyards, where we will observe and learn about budding, the growth of the plant and everything that happens in this cycle of the vine, as well as looking for all kinds of flowers and plants to incorporate them into our cooking workshop. We will also visit the winery to understand how wine and cava are made and the philosophy of the Pujol-Busquets family.
Afterwards, we will carry out an interactive cooking workshop of small seasonal preparations, with the help of the Melmelaria workshop in Tiana, and we will integrate the flowers, plants and fruits that we have collected during the visit. All this paired with 4 of our cavas and wines by our Sommeliers.
