WINE TASTING NOTES

Sight – Very pale lychee pink color.
Nose – Remarkable elegant aromatic intensity which highlight fresh-cut strawberry aromas, with citrus and floral rose petals notes.
Palate – Bright acidity and elegant entry point, recalling the floral and red fruit aromas. Crisp, curvy, fresh and very balanced with a distinctive, salty minerality on the palate.

Vintage 2023:
- Wine Enthusiast 2025 – 91/100

VINTAGE 2025: After several years of drought, the 2025 vintage began with a spring full of generous rainfall, bringing vitality and balance back to the vineyard. The warm summer led to a rapid ripening, which meant we had to be extra selective at the grape intake to avoid any health issues. Towards the end of the harvest, it was necessary to separate grapes by quality. This vintage, with a very good yield, is marked by balanced wines with bright acidity and intense aromatic expression, promising excellent development in the bottle.

Winemaking

Organic Rosé wine made from Garnatxa Negra and Garnatxa Peluda (red and hairy grenache) grapes selected and harvested exclusively to produce rosé wine. The grapes are lightly pressed to obtain the first pressing must, which ferments in tanks at a low temperature.
