The prices of the items available on these pages include the corresponding VAT. Depending on the order quantity, an amount will be added to cover transportation costs. This amount also includes VAT, and will be clearly marked on the summary page of the order before finalizing the purchase.
Once the purchase of products is completed on this page, the customer can pay by credit card. Through the STRIPE platform, in a secure and encrypted environment, you can enter your credit card details (Visa or Mastercard).
We try to keep the inventory volumes of the online store updated at all times, always sending the vintage that appears on the website at the time of purchase. In the event that stocks run out, the customer will either be offered a full refund of the amount paid, or an alternative vintage to the chosen one at the same price.
Deliveries and Geographical Scope
National deliveries will be made by courier. In the event that the order cannot be delivered, the transport agency will contact the buyer to guarantee the second delivery.
International deliveries will be made by courier and the customer will have a tracking number that Alta Alella will send by email. In the case of absence of individuals during the delivery, the agency will retry delivery a second time. If it fails to be delivered, the agency will send an email to the customer to guarantee the third delivery attempt.
Once the payment has been made, the shipment will take place in a period of 2-3 working days (in the peninsula) and between 3-6 working days (outside the peninsula).
Only adults can purchase wine.
The customer has the right to return the merchandise within 7 days. You must communicate the intention to formalize the return within this period by sending an email to email@example.com. Once the correct condition of the product has been checked, the purchase price will be refunded except for the shipping costs that will be borne by the customer. In case the product is not in the same conditions regarding its packaging, the refund will be lower according to the depreciation suffered by the product.
Once the booking has been confirmed, the activity cannot be cancelled or refunded. The client is eligible to change the date and time of the visit for another available date and time, prior notice must be given at least 48 hours before the activity is due to take place. This change must be requested by mail to firstname.lastname@example.org
Distance sales are regulated by laws 7/1996 of Retail Trade Management, modified by law 47/2002 that adjusts it to the European Directive 97/7 / CE. The data processing complies with law 15/1999 on the protection of Personal Data.
