El Periódico features Bruant and Celler de les Aus’ natural wine journey
El Periódico, a national Spanish newspaper, has featured Bruant, our cava that received the ‘Young Initiative Award’ at the BBVA Awards for the Best Sustainable Producers 2025.
The article reviews the journey of the Pujol-Busquets family project, which for twenty years has been producing wines and cavas without added sulfites and with minimal intervention, always staying true to their origin and the Mediterranean landscape of Alella and Tiana.
Journalist Víctor Fúser emphasizes how Bruant —the first sulfite-free cava in the DO Cava— was the spark that gave life to Celler de les Aus, the most experimental and “without make-up” branch of the winery, led by Mireia Pujol-Busquets, second generation and Deputy Director of Alta Alella.
A feature that highlights not only the commitment to sustainability and authenticity, but also the innovation and the dedication to the territory that have defined the Pujol-Busquets family since 1991.
