The Etiris GX Rosé is now available, the first wine we release from the 2025 vintage. Made from Red Grenache and Hairy Grenache, it is a fresh and elegant rosé that clearly expresses our Mediterranean identity. Its versatility makes it an ideal wine to pair with pasta with Mediterranean sauces, grilled vegetables, pizzas, or charcuterie.

The 2025 vintage: a return to balance

After several years affected by drought, the spring of 2025 brought generous rainfall, restoring balance and vitality to the vineyards. The warm summer accelerated ripening, which required a stricter selection of grapes at the winery to preserve sanitary quality.

With a very good production, the 2025 vintage is characterized by balanced wines, with bright acidity and great aromatic expression, promising an excellent evolution in the bottle.

• Appearance: pale pink color.
• Nose: notable aromatic intensity with scents of fresh strawberries, citrus notes, and delicate rose petals.
• Palate: fresh acidity and elegant entry, recalling floral and red fruit aromas. Crisp, fresh, and very balanced, with distinctive minerality and salinity.
