Age-worthy cava of the Pujol-Busquets Guillén family, is released to the market after a decade on the lees. It is a singular wine, organic and fermented in barrel, with a personality defined by the vintage. The combination of the Sauló soil from Torrent Vallcirera (a qualified single vineyard) and the experience of many years elaborating top range cavas makes Alta Alella 10 a cava with a vocation of “grand vin” and ageing capacity.
