OPUS Paratge Qualificat Vallcirera

Cava with unique characteristics, made from grapes from a specific vineyard site, with its own edaphic and microclimatic conditions. The PARATGE VALLCIRERA, located 2 km from the Mediterranean Sea and 15 km from Barcelona, is the only vineyard site that has been organic since its origin, located within a Natural Park. The vines, planted in 1992 on Sauló —an acidic soil with low active lime and excellent drainage— produce grapes of the highest quality with yields below 6,000 kg/ha, faithfully expressing the uniqueness of the territory and the vineyard site. Crafted following the traditional method, this cava is aged for a minimum of 50 months on the lees. Each bottle is hand-disgorged and released with the disgorgement date and precise ageing months stated.
