WINE TASTING NOTES
- Sight – Pale yellow with golden reflections.
- Nose – White fruit aromas with a floral aftertaste, notes of red fruit and almond.
- Palate – Unctuous, dry and slightly fruity. Fine bubbles with an elegant palate. Well-structured Cava without losing freshness. Tasty and with a lingering aftertaste.

VINTAGE 2020:
A very rainy spring caused a great vegetative growth with the consequent problems of fungal attacks (mildew) on the grapes, causing an exceptional limited production in our area. Also noteworthy are the losses of grapes caused by wild boars during the pandemic (Covid-19). Low-yields vineyards combined with the intense heat of August have produced a very fast grape ripening, becoming the earliest harvest in the last few years. A vintage with reduced harvest and good quality.
