The agreement
These General Conditions apply to all wine tourism products offered by ALTA ALELLA SL on this website, as well as to the delivery of goods and services marketed by ALTA ALELLA SL on the visitor portal www.altaalella.wine/visits
These General Terms and Conditions will remain in effect for all goods and services offered and may be modified without prior notice, though such changes will not affect any purchases made prior to the update.
Formalization of the purchase
The purchase of products offered on the website is completed by selecting the desired items. Once the selection is finalized, the purchase will proceed with the completion of personal details (as applicable) for the issuance of the invoice, along with credit card information for the payment of the products. By confirming the purchase, the selected products will be definitively acquired, and the user will choose the payment method (Credit Card, Apple Pay, or any other available option).
Intellectual property
The content on the Portal, including texts (information, concepts, opinions, and similar materials) and graphic elements (design, logos, source code, etc.), as well as their layout and arrangement, are the exclusive property of ALTA ALELLA SL or ALTA ALELLA SL holds the rights to exploit them through agreements with third parties. All commercial names, trademarks, logos, symbols, and marks present on this Portal belong to ALTA ALELLA SL, or ALTA ALELLA SL has been granted the right to use them with prior authorization, and all are protected by applicable legislation.
Viewing, printing, and downloading (in any case, partial content of the website) is only authorized for personal, non-commercial use.
Gift purchase conditions
Users may purchase gifts in advance according to the instructions provided on the website. The gift voucher is valid for 6 months from the purchase date. Gift purchases are subject to the non-exercise of the right of withdrawal. Exchanges or returns are not accepted. However, if ALTA ALELLA SL is unable to provide the service, a full or partial refund will be issued for the purchase if the winery reservation cannot be made within the initially planned timeframe. This is without prejudice to any claims that may arise under the applicable civil and commercial regulations.
Use of reservations made through our website
Tickets purchased as outlined in the previous section, and received by the user via email, will be valid in the same manner as tickets purchased physically at the winery. The website user may:
- Print the tickets on standard paper, ensuring the printout is correct and that the codes identifying each ticket are legible.
- Download the .pdf file received by email to their mobile device and present it at the winery entrance.
- Download the tickets in passbook format from the email.
The tickets entitle the holder to access the winery or event for which they were purchased and are valid exclusively for the selected wine tourism service, date, and time.
Issues with the ticket purchase service

Data protection policy
In compliance with Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of April 27, 2016, on the protection of individuals regarding the processing of personal data and the free movement of such data, and repealing Directive 95/46/EC (General Data Protection Regulation) as well as Organic Law 3/2018, of December 5, on the Protection of Personal Data and Guarantee of Digital Rights, we inform you that you may send a written request, free of charge, to ALTA ALELLA, S.L., at Camí Baix de Tiana s/n, 08328 Alella, Barcelona, along with a photocopy of your identity document, to request access, rectification, deletion, opposition, limitation, or portability of your data.
Additionally, you may file a complaint with the Spanish Data Protection Agency at the following address: Agencia Española de Protección de Datos, C/ Jorge Juan, 6, 28001-Madrid, if you believe that ALTA ALELLA, S.L. has violated your rights under applicable data protection laws.

We also inform you that JIG DIGITAL is responsible for processing this data and manages ALTA ALELLA’s reservation/ticket/gift platform.
The completion of all required fields in this form is mandatory and constitutes your express consent to the processing of your personal data for the specified purposes. If the form requires personal data of individuals other than the person completing it, you must inform them in advance of the details contained in the previous paragraphs and ALTA ALELLA’s Privacy Policy.
Modifications to conditions and website
ALTA ALELLA reserves the right to make any changes it deems necessary to these conditions, the website, and the services provided, at any time, without prior notice. As a result, ALTA ALELLA may modify, remove, or add content and services provided through the website, as well as change the site’s presentation or location, and may suspend its operation temporarily or permanently.
