Terms of Sale – Alta Alella SL

Company Information
Sales are made through Alta Alella SL, with registered office at Can Genís s/n, 08391 Tiana, CIF B66926684, customer service phone +34 937689307, and email shop@altaalella.wine, registered in the Mercantile Registry of Barcelona, Tº45737, Foli 1, Sheet B-497353, 1st inscription.

Prices
Prices of the items listed include the applicable VAT. Shipping costs will be added according to the order quantity, including VAT, and clearly displayed on the order summary page before completing the purchase.

Payments
Customers can pay by credit card via the STRIPE platform. In a secure, encrypted environment, they can enter their card details (Visa or Mastercard). In case of payment error, the order will not be completed, and the customer must place it again.

Product availability
We make every effort to keep online store stock levels updated, always sending the vintage shown on the website at the time of purchase. If stock runs out, the customer will be offered either a full refund or an alternative vintage at the same price.

Shipping and Geographic Scope
National shipping via courier. If the order cannot be delivered, the shipping company will contact the customer to schedule a second attempt. International shipments via courier with a tracking number sent by email. In case of absence, a second and third delivery attempt will be made. Shipping times: 2–3 business days (mainland Spain), 3–6 business days (outside mainland).

Buyer age
Only customers 18 years or older may purchase alcoholic products. Alta Alella reserves the right to verify the buyer’s identity and age before delivery.

Right of Withdrawal and Returns
Customers have the right to withdraw from the purchase within 14 calendar days of receiving the product, under consumer law (Royal Legislative Decree 1/2007 and Directive 2011/83/EU):

  • Notify by email to shop@altaalella.wine.
  • Return the product in its original packaging and condition.
  • Once the order’s condition is verified, Alta Alella will refund the full amount paid (excluding shipping costs).
  • Exceptions: opened wines and cavas cannot be returned; if the packaging is not in the same condition, the refund will be adjusted according to product depreciation.

Wine Tourism Visits Cancellation
Visits can be canceled more than 72 hours in advance by providing the reservation code at https://altaalella.wine/yourvisits/. After this period, no refunds will be made. If Alta Alella SL cannot provide the service, a full or partial refund will be issued or a new date will be arranged.

Gift Vouchers for Wine Tourism
Users can purchase vouchers in advance following the website instructions. The voucher is valid for 6 months from the purchase date. Voucher purchases are non-refundable. No changes or returns are accepted unless Alta Alella SL cannot provide the service; in that case, a full or partial refund will be made.

Personal Data Processing
Alta Alella processes personal data in accordance with GDPR (EU Regulation 2016/679) and LOPDGDD 3/2018:

  • Purpose: manage orders, shipping, and customer service.
  • Legal basis: contract execution and customer consent.
  • Retention: as long as the commercial relationship exists or as required by law.
  • Rights: access, rectification, deletion, limitation, portability, and objection via shop@altaalella.wine.

Governing Law
Distance sales are governed by the Spanish Consumer Protection Law (Royal Legislative Decree 1/2007 and subsequent amendments) and Directive 2011/83/EU. Any disputes will be submitted to the competent courts under Spanish law.
