“A simple swirl makes the xarel·lo appear in all its splendor, with its characteristic ripe, frosted fruit. We also find notes of warm white earth, white flowers and lime, together with a saline background. The palate is full-bodied, deeply mineral and earthy, where the fruit part envelops the wine to give it more freshness. With a lively, fresh acidity, it leaves a long and persistent aftertaste”.
